Momentum ➡️ a key part of success.

“Set a goal and work towards it with all the commitment and resources you can muster. Trust your instincts. Once you have achieved your goal there will be time and space to look back and analyze yourself. Until then, the only thing that matters is momentum.” (D. Bingham)

🎙️Listen up!

As we approach late season races, we know it’s hard to keep your momentum going. Hot weather, kids, darker mornings…we get it and we are right there with you.

How then do we keep the momentum going?

✔️ Be consistent: stack as many days as possible of consistent, daily actions towards your goals

✔️ Be in the moment: don’t worry about what is behind or ahead, do the best you can here, now

✔️ Stay hungry: stay eager & engaged in your purpose to avoid lulls & complacency, know your why

And if you’ve lost momentum? It’s time to get back on the path:

➡️ Capitalize on a fresh start: whether it’s a new day or new mile, recommit and take action

➡️ Stay hopeful: avoid catastrophizing setbacks, see them as stepping stones to success

➡️ Remain confident: a small detour or lapse doesn’t have the power to undo all of the work you’ve done

Achieving late into the season is all about keeping the momentum going. Remember, momentum is easier to maintain than create. Daily, take actions to keep yourself moving on a forward path. Keep it moving to your finish line!
