We're Jennifer Harrison and Elizabeth Waterstraat, the founders and head coaches of MSM + JHC Coaching.

We've been friends since 2004, working through many versions of being coach, athlete, and mentor to each other.

In 2018, we sat down at restaurant to explore our vision of growing better together. What would this look like? What was the end goal? Satisfied with the structure of our own well-established businesses, we decided to merge our *presence* into one unified brand, MSM + JHC Coaching, to bring athletes together in positive, educational and welcoming community.

Today, MSM + JHC Coaching is proud to be the largest female-owned, female-staffed group in the multisport coaching business. We believe sport and coaching needs more representation from strong, successful women and we are here for it.

MSM + JHC Coaching unifies over 300 coached athletes of all ages, all speeds, all over the world. Our athletes blend high performing lives with sports-related goals. From the mom returning after pregnancy, the busy business executive, podium seekers, beginners, grandmasters athletes. And our niche? We work best with athletes who are committed to the process and ready to explore their potential, no matter their goal.

And no matter who you are or where you want to go, our promise is the same: excellence.
